This monthly update call gives you a clear administrative status review of your consumer restoration file. You receive structured updates, next steps, and education tied to your active dispute and restoration activity. What this meeting covers • Review of current consumer profile status • Summary of actions completed since the last update • Responses received from third parties • Administrative next steps and sequencing • Education on the process and timing expectations Meeting structure • One thirty minute session per month • Conducted during regular business hours • Held by video, phone, webinar, email, or approved administrative format Important notes • This meeting supports active administrative work only • No legal or financial advice is provided • Missed or unused sessions are forfeited and do not roll over • Scheduling is the client’s responsibility This call keeps your file organized, active, and moving forward with clarity and control.

This booking policy governs all scheduled sessions included with your Consumer Education and Restoration Package. Booking or attending any session confirms your agreement to these terms. Booking window • You can book sessions up to 90 days in advance • You must book sessions no later than 10 days before the session start date • Sessions are limited to one 30 minute update per month during active service Client scheduling responsibility • You are responsible for scheduling your monthly 30 minute update session • Sessions take place during regular business hours by video, phone, webinar, email, or similar format • Missed or unused sessions do not roll over and are forfeited Cancellation and rescheduling • You can cancel or reschedule sessions online up to 72 hours before the start time • Changes made more than 72 hours before the session carry no fee • Changes made less than 72 hours before the session incur a 50 dollar fee • No shows incur a 50 dollar fee Fees and payment requirements • All booking related fees must be paid before services continue • Shipping fees of 20 dollars per document bill separately and are due within 3 days of invoice • Late invoices incur a 25 dollar late fee • Unpaid or late invoices pause services and affect processing timelines • Missed payments can result in service discontinuance and account closure Service scope tied to bookings • Sessions support consumer profile audit, consumer education, and administrative progress updates • Services run for six months from start date or until dispute and restoration activity concludes, whichever occurs first • Booked sessions support active administrative work but do not extend service terms Final terms • All sales are final • Payments earn fees at submission and do not depend on session attendance • Booking access does not change contract formation, earned fees, or cancellation rights • Services and bookings remain non transferable
