Consumer Education and Restoration Package Service Agreement The following pages contain: 1. Consumer Education and Restoration Service Agreement 2. Authorization for Consumer Education and Report Restoration Action LN Brown LLC, hereby agrees to perform the following: -To evaluate client's current consumer reports as listed with applicable consumer reporting agencies and to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. -To advise the client as to the necessary steps to be taken on the part of the client in conjunction with our Company, to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained in the client's consumer profile. -To review consumer profile status from the consumer reporting agencies such as: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. -To prepare the necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in the client's consumer profile. -Client is responsible for scheduling their monthly 30-minute progress updates per month which will be provided through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or any other form of communication during the service provider’s regular business hours. -This service will continue throughout the duration of the dispute and restoration process or for six months from the start date—whichever occurs first. -Any missed / unused appointments will not rollover to the next month and will be forfeit. -Client information may be shared with other entities, for the purpose of the continuance of the dispute, education, and restoration process(es). Service includes: -Consumer Profile Audit -Consumer Education -Six-month retainer agreement including monthly 30-minute update sessions *I understand additional fees include: $5 per mailing $20 per mailing (correspondence via certified mail with return receipt) *Payable within 7 days receipt of invoice. All late payments will be subject to a $25 late fee. *Any and all fees MUST be paid prior to the start or continuance of any account action. *I understand late / unpaid invoices will effect processing times and results. *Missed payments may result in the discontinuance of services and closure of your account. *All sales are final. Payment agreement cannot be terminated. Service agreement is non transferrable.
